What's built, and what's next
Phase 01 is running today. The rest are targets we believe in but haven't shipped, so treat the dates as intent rather than commitments. We'd rather move one of them than quietly redefine what 'done' means.
The part that works today. Guardians connect a wallet, join a vault, open proposals and approve them. The vault checks the approval count before anything executes. Privacy at this stage comes from what the interface chooses not to show, not from cryptography — we'd rather say that plainly.
